Are you interested in creating a strategy for the future development of the application of interest rates in Saxo’s financial products?
We are looking for our new Product Specialist to join our Product Management team in Trading & Treasury at our Headquarters in Hellerup, Denmark. You will be interacting and collaborating with colleagues across the globe, while you fast track your personal development and grow your capabilities in financial products working in a truly international environment.
The Product Management team is responsible for managing the multi-asset class product strategy and supporting Global Sales with product functionalities, market access and subject matter expertise throughout the value chain.
Our new Product Specialist is managing and improving the infrastructure and methodology we apply to handle interest rates for margin products, such as Futures, CFDs and FX, as well as cash deposits.
Your responsibilities will be to:
- Improve the processes and models for Saxo’s application of interest rates
- Ensure high quality and reliability for the interest rates used for margin-related products and cash deposits
- Create a high level of transparency for the rates we use
- Act as subject-matter expert for rates-related questions and clarifications from the commercial organization
- Participate in commercial projects throughout the Saxo organization where financing interest or deposit interest is a key component
How do you succeed:
The ideal candidate will be a driving force in creating a strategy for the future development of the application of interest rates in Saxo’s financial products. We are looking for someone that will be proactive in finding proper solutions and impacting the opinions of others.
Your profile:
The ideal candidate has a genuine interest in financial products, banking and money markets. At the same time, you have hands-on experience from working with money market instruments, consumer loans, cash management and FX- and/or bond markets.
We are looking for a candidate who is structured, detail-oriented and analytical. You are a team player who enjoys to share knowledge and listen and challenge other’s perspective(s). You have good cross-functional collaborative skills, you are self-driven with a passion for optimizing processes and a drive to find intelligent and scalable solutions.
Further, you
- Have a master's degree in finance, economics or similar
- Can prove relevant work experience from working with money market instruments, benchmark rates or other interest rate related expertise
- Are analytical, curious, and independent of nature with an ability to multi-task and collaborate effectively with other team-members
- Are an experienced MS Office user
- Have experience with SQL and PowerBI
- Are fluent in English - written and verbal
