Job Description:
As Advanced Planning Specialist in PANDORA’s operations organization, you will be responsible for developing, operating and supporting PANDORA’s Advanced Planning application ‘LOGILITY’ (similar to SAP APO) which is used globally in the supply chain. You will drive and/or participate in projects aiming to continuously implement best practice solutions related to Demand, Inventory and Supply Planning. You will also serve as a supply chain representative when working with the IT team maintaining the infrastructure around LOGILITY. You will also be involved in the weekly execution of ‘running the business’, with the responsibility of maintaining the Logility solution including parameter setup, master data and system runs. The position offers a mix between Supply Chain Planning and IT as well as a mix between operational tasks and projects.

Job Description:

  • Run and ensure integrity of weekly supply chain plans (weekly plan validation process)
  • Configure system and implement technical changes when necessary from planning process
  • Maintain and validate item data together with planners

    Ensure Logility and Group Supply Chain solutions are optimized to meet business requirements:

  • Continuously develop and improve the Logility planning solution
  • Design architecture of solutions and planning concepts across value chain
  • Manage and/or participate in planning or system related projects (e.g. increase degree of automation, support strategic efforts to develop agile value chain and reduce inventory, and much more).

    Professional qualifications:

  • Relevant university degree at Master level within Management Engineering, Mathematical Modelling, Supply Chain Management or IT
  • 0-2 years relevant working experience within supply chain, BI, IT or programming
  • SQL programming experience
  • Passionate about working with systems at all levels and supply chain through the value chain
  • A plus if any experience with planning systems like Logility, SAP APO, Manugistics, JDA and/or ERP systems like AX Dynamics or SAP R/3.
  • Strong development skills with ability to quickly convert concepts/requirements to solutions


    • Relevant university degree at Master level within Management Engineering, Mathematical Modelling, Supply Chain Management or IT

    0-2 years relevant working experience within supply chain, BI, IT or programming

    SQL programming experience

    Passionate about working with systems at all levels and supply chain through the value chain

    A plus if any experience with planning systems like Logility, SAP APO, Manugistics, JDA and/or ERP systems like AX Dynamics or SAP R/3.

    Additional information:
    Location: Havneholmen, Copenhagen
    Job start: As soon as possible
    Travel: 5-15 days/year
