Dynaudio, the legendary Danish speaker maker, is looking for a new Development Quality Engineer to work at our HQ in Skanderborg.
About the job
The purpose of this position is to support our R&D department to operate in compliance with our management system by using a structured approach from PDCA to make learning loops. This will result in reducing time to market for new products and increase overall product quality in design and manufacturing processes.

About the department
You will be joining the Quality organization which consists of a highly specialized employees with an extensive team-spirit and you will be reporting to the Quality Director. However given your future role you should consider yourself more of an expat of the Quality organization working in the R&D department which is primarily consists of acoustic and mechanical engineers and designers who have a strong dedication to develop authentic sound fidelity.
About you
You probably hold a degree within a technical field or another field that provides qualifications within the tasks listed above. It is important that you have great insight to different development processes e.g. NPI, NEI, scrum, iteration, 3P etc. You should have knowledge of Quality control systems from a regulated industry, e.g. medico or automotive. It would be an advantage could be to hold education as Auditor inside VDA or ISO standards.
Furthermore it is important that you have a general desire to work in an international setting is a requirement. Experience from international companies - specifically Chinese - is an advantage. English is our main company language, so you’ll need to be comfortably fluent in both writing and speaking it too.

About the job
The purpose of this position is to support our R&D department to operate in compliance with our management system by using a structured approach from PDCA to make learning loops. This will result in reducing time to market for new products and increase overall product quality in design and manufacturing processes.
Other responsibilities include:
- Facilitating and supporting quality work and workshops in R&D e.g. DFMEA, DFA and DFM
- Be part of the R&D department as the QA ensuring the voice of the costumers is always present.
- Take the role as driver for a quality mindset and selling the long-term benefits of using QA approach in projects.
- Follow up on actions decided to ensure successful implementation of our quality system
- Represent the Quality function from G1(project charter approval) milestone to end of life of each project (G7-Closing Project Activities)
- Push / coach the project team towards total product quality by deploying quality tools such as Voice of Consumer, CTQ management, FMEA etc.
- Plan all quality related activities including tests and release
- Predict and measure the quality of the products at each stage of the realization process
- Deploy to suppliers and partners (like ODMs, JDMs), Dynaudio quality approach and tools
- Report project quality status to management on weekly basis.
