As Product Specialist, Apps & Connectivity, you will be part of the Product Marketing Support team, which is part of Demant’s global Sales and Marketing organization. The team is responsible for supporting new product introductions, user instructions, and data sheets, both regarding developing new materials and updating materials already on the market.
We focus on delivering a quality experience towards hearing clinics and users of our hearing aids from Oticon and the users of other brands inside the Demant Group, such as Bernafon and Phillips. An important part of our responsibility is to deliver materials required to support our products in the market.
A pivotal role in an international setup
As Product Specialist within Apps and Connectivity, you will be a vital link between R&D and marketing communications.
The deliveries include software, connectivity and app-related content to digital channels, marketing materials like product presentations, product guides, brochures and training materials; the role of the Product Specialist being to provide input and ensure a consistent communication around the products.
To succeed in the role, you will need to become the subject matter expert of our current and future digital product portfolio. Our digital solutions are key to our success in the market and you will be a pivotal contributor by driving the creation and timely delivery of multi-brand digital materials for successful product launches.
In your daily work, you will interact with a wide array of stakeholders to ensure that all needs are met across each release to ensure on-time deliveries of the best quality. You can look forward to many challenging tasks and, in short, you will be involved in:
- Ensuring a strong link to the training materials
- Ensuring an efficient coordination and communication to relevant stakeholders in the organization
- Creating content for app stores
- Reviewing go-to-market materials
- Facilitating and coordinating knowledge-sharing with other brands in the organization
- Follow-up and coordination between marketing departments and product owners
Your profile & qualifications
You could be a newly graduate with a business or digital background, but you could also find yourself with a few years under the jacket from a similar role, where you possess the following:
- A natural flair for the digital aspects of products while keeping focus on users and their needs
- Strong technical interest, product knowledge from regulated industries will be beneficial
- Experience with channels such as web and apps with a passion for user communication and digital tools
- Ability to take ownership of your product area with strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Adapted to working in a dynamic and diverse environment with focus on deliveries
- Excellent English skills, both in writing and orally
Your personal mark
You have great interpersonal skills and a natural desire to meet deadlines. You pay attention to details, show high quality standards in your work and have a consistent and structured way of working. Finally, you are proactive, responsibility minded, and you keep track of your tasks.
You have an open communication style and approachable attitude amongst your colleagues and stakeholders.
