Training and certification responsible at Nordic company in transition.


We invite you to bring your experience on structure and facilitation of training and education processes to the Nordic Regional Security Coordinator (NRSC). You will be responsible for building up a structure for training and certification of our employees which is conducted in close collaboration with our colleagues from the four Nordic Transition System Operators (TSOs).

To achieve your goals in this role, you have a proven previous experience of driving and setting up processes to facilitate, share and enhance knowledge within a diverse and international organization. You will be part of our organization in the Nordic RSC, working closely together with the Nordic TSOs. There will be a lot of stakeholder management, communication and collaboration with the Nordic TSOs and the other European RSCs.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

You will have an important role participating in designing and implementing the method for ‘training and certification’ proposal from ENTSO-E (European association for the cooperation of transmission system operators for electricity). Where you will be collaborating closely with stakeholders both within the Nordics and Europe.

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be to:

  • Create, structure, define and implement the new training set-up for Nordic RSC
  • Establish collaboration with Nordic TSOs on common training program for business processes across TSOs and Nordic RSC
  • Secure that Nordic RSC is following the requirements for training and certification of the operational employees as required by the regulation
  • Create new training material and conduct the training in collaboration with subject matter experts
  • Continuously follow-up and update the training program and status
  • Identify the right certification level and right processes
  • Support and collaborate closely with Nordic RSC’s teams, advising on rules and regulation, certifications and training
  • Ensure that the training and certification is well documented

For this role, we need a person who has:

  • Expertise in modern training methods including e-learning
  • Ability to understand and navigate in a complex, relationship-based international organization
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken, as it is the company language

Furthermore, you have the ability to build relationships and trust, so your business colleagues see you as their partner. You can focus on finding solutions that creates value for the business – as well as use the ability to understand and navigate in a complex, relationship-based international organization.

You are a team-oriented person with great communication and collaboration skills and have an international mindset. You are structured, have a good understanding of complex environments, a natural curiosity, a will and enthusiasm for learning new things and at the same time keep track of rules and regulations.

Our office is in Copenhagen Towers, Ørestad. You will have significant flexibility in terms of facilitating and planning your work, since we have implemented a modern workplace. In addition, you should expect 10-20 travel days per year.
