Talent Acquisition (TA) Specialist to NREP – Copenhagen
Newly established role in an unconventional, dynamic, and purpose-driven real estate company. Focus on supporting in hires of Managers and Directors to Denmark and supporting new markets across Europe as part of NREP’s ambitious growth and expansion strategy. Primary focus on ensuring the right match between candidates and NREP by supporting hiring managers and external agencies in the recruitment process.
When joining NREP’s HR organization, you will become part of an ambitious and engaged team of 16 people (and the number is growing), who are building processes and tools, while delivering Excellence at the same time. In TA, the recruitment process and tools are established, but your valuable input and experience are highly appreciated; in other words, you can also have an influence on how to ensure efficiencies, unique candidate experiences, pipeline management, and more, while at the same time securing the “human touch”.
As TA Specialist, you will become part of an engaged team of 4 in Denmark, and where you will be primary lead, together with the TA Lead to whom you will report, in recruiting at Senior Management level in Denmark, and supporting across new markets. Also, you will collaborate with the local TA communities across the Nordics.
Workplace will be in Copenhagen, and limited travelling can be expected.
Your Job
In short, you will be responsible for recruitments on senior levels (Managers and Directors) in Denmark and of supporting recruitments in new markets, and where you will collaborate closely with the Business Lines, your HR colleagues, and external agencies. In the recruitments, you will follow the established standards, and where you will be active in giving test feedbacks (Hogan and PTP), coordinating culture interviews, and supporting in the final selection.
Today, the hiring managers are used to start and execute the recruitment processes together with a TA Specialist. Next to executing recruitments, you will also be responsible for keeping an overview of all active assignments at Senior level across NREP. Additionally, you will be hands-on in doing some search and building pipelines for different roles at Senior level to Asset Management, Investment and Development in Denmark. There will be more responsibilities, but there will also be room for you influencing your responsibilities.
Your profile and ambitions

Your skills and experience
Professionally, you have experience strong experience in recruiting, from either a headhunter or an internal role, where you have recruited to roles at senior levels in Denmark, and where you have had some international exposure or experience. You are familiar with end-to-end recruitment processes, where you have sourced and managed candidates incl. providing test feedbacks and supporting in the final selection. It is highly appreciated if you are familiar with the difference between an Asset Manager and Letting Manager and understand Real Estate / Investments – if not, you have a burning desire to dive deep quickly. You are fluent in Danish and English, in writing and talking.
