On behalf of GlobalConnect we are looking for a structured and self-driven Change manager who would also love to act as the Quality Gatekeeper in their Network Operations department.
As the Change Manager you will play a key role in coordinating the inflow of change requests coming from internal stakeholders like Sales, Engineering or other interfacing teams. You own and manage the change process, the current change backlog and ensure the right prioritization is agreed with the relevant parties.
You will focus on the process around handling of changes related to client solutions, which means that you will interface with many stakeholders – internal as well as external. You understand the value of documentation and data and you value strong processes.

Responsibilities - Change Management:
- Apply a structured methodology and lead the change management process
- Lead the Change board in relation to designated applications
- Ensure a prioritized backlog
- Manage the release planning and the interface to Operations teams
- Ensure overview of development spend, related to changes
- Engage with external vendors in relation to planning and management of changes
- Optimize the planning process to ensure a faster release cycle
- Work closely with other internal teams, such as project management, test management and engineering to meet the overall objectives of the project delivery.
- Inform senior management of to release risk and effectively mitigate it
Responsibilities - Quality Assurance:
- Establish and define the processes and rules assuring implementation of proper Quality gates
- Lead the Quality Assurance programs
- Manage the QA planning and the interface to Operations teams
- Ensure timely QA reporting
- Engage with internal customers to align QA initiatives, such as documentation, FUT and alike.
- Work closely with other internal teams, such as project management, test management and engineering to meet the overall objectives of the QA agreements.
- Inform senior management of QA risk and effectively mitigate it
Expected skill set:
- Experience as Change Manager or similar position – preferably from a large size IT og Telco setup
- Experience with both waterfall as well as agile project lifecycles
- Experience within Quality Assurance or at least interested in the challenge
- Strong Change Management experience with various tools and practices
- Strong collaborations skills and the ability to level with demanding stakeholders
- ITIL certified
- Strong written and spoken communication skills both Danish and English
- Organized and with an eye for detail
- Excellent planning skills and the ability to engage in multiple tracks simultaneously, prioritize execution and deliver to tight deadlines.
