On behalf of Tetra Pak Processing Systems A/S (Tetra Pak Ice Cream Solutions), we are looking for a Global Project Manager to join their team in Aarhus.
You will be responsible for technical complex projects, including responsibility for the quality, budget, scope, delivery on time and documentation. You will work with people from all units within Tetra Pak Processing Systems to deliver international projects to our customers – ice cream factories. You will plan, lead, organize, collaborate intensely with our market companies, motivate through duration of the projects, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
As a Global Project Manager you will be responsible for:
• Accountable for delivery according to agreed schedule, budget and quality for multiple projects at a time
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, changes and issues
• Effectively manage, motivate and support project teams
• Follow up on cost and schedule
• Follow up on technical issues and secure a solution covering the interests of customer and Tetra Pak
• Negotiate deviations and variation orders with the customers
• Coordinate of installation and commissioning, and secure lessons learned feedback from each project
• Participation in pre-order activities incl. Risk Assessments and Risk Mitigation
• Participate in internal improvement projects within the area of Lean and WCM
We believe you have:
• Several years of experience as Project Manager or Senior Project Manager
• Preferable experience in Ice Cream machinery or food processing
• B.Sc. in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Software, or Marine Engineer) ideally combined with a PMP (Project Management Professional) qualification
• As a person – you are result-oriented and customer-focused with a good understanding of complex technical solutions
• You possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You must be confident in challenging your stakeholders and holding them accountable
• A willingness to travel as you need to travel and explore the world typically 30-50 days a year
• Proficient language skills in both Danish and English
