Within Product Solutions & Integration, Strategic Planning & Portfolio Management drives the annual VPS Business Planning, ensures a compliant and efficient Governance, and handles the VPS Portfolio on product level. The combination of these areas shall ensure a seamless and efficient connection of strategy formulation (ExM decision level) and strategy execution (operational level).

Responsibilities
- Documenting project decisions in PPC, PER, POT, and VPS Mgt.
- Ensuring consistent and timely budget and resource breakdown on the product level
- Monitoring and reporting of the entire portfolio execution through the Situation Room
- Facilitating regular demand vs. capacity overview on product and module level
- Improving the data quality in SAP PPM
Qualifications
- Solid experience in Portfolio Management, Project Management, Procurement, Construction, or equivalent
- Relevant academic degree
- Proficient in Project Planning tools: SAP PPM and Power BI
- Microsoft Project and JIRA is good-to-have
- Proficient in Stage Gate Way execution, combined with agile execution
- Prince 2 Foundation is good-to-have
Competencies
- Solid interpersonal competencies and ability to collaborate on all levels in the organization
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Solid analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to understand how scheduled project activities are carried out in a real project environment
- The ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
