We are looking for a Project Manager and a Senior Project Manager within Corporate Facilities to lead projects that contribute to our zero environmental impact strategy, Circular for Zero! Apply now for a life changing career! The Position As our new Senior Project Manager, your work will directly impact and shape the direction of the green energy transition of our Danish sites. Furthermore, you will: Take a leading role in the flagship projects that aim to transform our energy infrastructure, to be fit for the future. Apply your experience to drive the project through design, tendering, execution and finally commissioning and hand-over. Work across all our Danish production sites and implement various disciplines such as energy symbiosis, district-energy networks, energy storage, electrification and more. Use your stakeholder management expertise to navigate the different seniority levels in Novo Nordisk all the way from equipment owners, other project managers to senior management. This is a great opportunity to be an integral part of the execution team, ensuring that we implement tangible and significant steps towards achieving zero environmental impact. Qualifications Preferably you hold a master’s degree in engineering with 5+ years of project management experience and can demonstrate solid know-how in driving district energy or utility projects. Your broad knowledge of the engineering landscape within facility management and being well-informed about the newest trends in the field of energy supplies across all engineering disciplines, make you a successful candidate. Other success criteria for this role are: Solid experience within energy system design, energy infrastructure or utility installations. Structured and skilled approach in navigating high complexity. Excellent stakeholder management skills and experience at all levels of seniority. Ability to motivate yourself and your project team. Fluency in spoken and written English and Danish. As an individual, you have a can-do attitude, and are self-driven, robust, structured and an excellent communicator, who can handle a high-paced and complex work environment without losing oversight and motivation, while working systematically, logically and proactively. About the department In Corporate Facilities, with 250 employees, we enable Novo Nordisk to focus on the core business by delivering simple and agile solutions for infrastructure, workplaces, utilities, and facility services as well as a major building portfolio. We create tangible business results by partnering with all areas of the business and what we do impacts all Novo Nordisk’s employees in their workday. The job is anchored in the Circular for Zero Incubator, which is part of Corporate Facilities, and reports to the area Corporate Vice President. We manage a large portfolio of sustainability initiatives at multiple impact and maturity levels, some spanning the entire organisation. We drive ideation and work to systematically and strategically implement ‘Circular for Zero’ initiatives within the areas of energy supplies and facility management in general. We collaborate across business areas of Novo Nordisk and with external partners including consultants and academia. This position is based in Odense, Denmark.
