The position
In Digital, Data & IT Product Supply Lean Agile Center of Excellence (DD&IT PS LACE) we are looking for a new team player in our team of senior agile coaches headed up by our transformation lead. As a member of our local LACE you will become a key role for supporting and enabling the direction for our agile transformation, being responsible for large scale Lean agile initiatives across DDIT PS with 1300+ colleagues. You will drive change by empowering key agile roles to succeed with the transformation on a larger scale. An important part of your job is also to share learnings and knowledge as basis for on-going development and anchoring of best practices in our Local LACE. In general, you can expect to work closely with your coach colleagues and supporting head of LACE ensuring alignment and collaboration across the organisation. You will also benefit of being part of a department supporting our organisation across together with Lean portfolio management, project management & Architects. Therefore, your main responsibilities will be in collaboration with DDIT PS LACE: Train the organization on Agile mindset, values and methodologies as well as techniques and behaviors Coach, mentor and empower key roles (Leadership, People leaders, Release train engineers, Delivery Leads, Product mgmt, Product owners and Scrum Master) to adapt the agile practices, principles, and tools in the specific context Lead strategic initiatives in DDIT PS LACE Support the transformational change journey across the organisation and inspire the organisation to continuously improve Drive continuous improvement and scaling of the Agile methodology, tools and processes based on learnings and anchor in Local LACE Influence leadership to drive change and enable the organization to move faster together Work can be both traditional agile coaching and targeted training and facilitation. We work in an incremental cadence prioritizing lean agile initiatives that supports on a larger scale across through enabled collaboration with the areas. The skills we hope to see
The ideal candidate will have previous experience with the following skills and experiences:
A degree at minimum BA level in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or similar field of study and SAFe Program Consultant certification (SPC) +4 years experience in advanced coaching on leadership, ART level and coaching in complex organisations/ structures on different levels Advanced knowledge on Agile principles, methodology and events Experience from coaching and mentoring all organisational levels and ability to handle distributed teams spread geographically Experience in driving the continuous improvement and scaling of the agile methods, tools and processes Hands on and coaching in technical aspects of Azure DevOps is an advantage Applying Lean and design thinking is an advantage As a person, you have a team player mentality with excellent collaboration skills and can navigate in a complex stakeholder environment. You are empathetic, energetic and strong relationship builder. Abilities that come also from your great communication skills and allow you to handle conflicts and build trust.
