Then look no further, you could be the Project Manager we are looking for to join our Contract Manufacturing & Sourcing, Devices and Sustainability IT (CSDS IT) department. About the position As Project Manager, your main role is to oversee and effectively address project cases, covering the entire project lifecycle, starting from initial scoping and analysis, progressing through solution development, and concluding with change management, along with program management administration. With the introduction of new business initiatives in this area, you will have the chance to shape the evolution of this role and bring innovation. Some of your main tasks include: Collaborating with project track leaders to create comprehensive project plans Coordinating project execution and optimising project performance, including overseeing project risks and resources Proficiently identifying and managing key stakeholders and steering groups Supervising program administration, encompassing communication strategies, governance, and coordination of program meetings Adeptly escalating issues and conveying a sense of urgency when needed. Qualifications To be successful in this role, we imagine you: Hold an academic degree at a master’s level coupled with practical experience in project management, preferably within training, people development, capability building, or recruitment. Demonstrate the ability to communicate and collaborate at all organisational levels. Exhibit fluency in both spoken and written English. As a person, you bring to the table a formidable skill set, with strong capabilities in problem-solving and strategic planning, your methodical, results-oriented mindset is at its best when addressing complex issues, and you excel in simplifying and presenting information in a clear and concise manner. Your enthusiasm for innovation and your unwavering motivation to overcome challenges drive your success, whether you're working on your own or as a valuable team member.
