The position As our new Senior IT Project Manager, you will be a part of an existing infrastructure track, that handles a large portfolio of both small and large SAP EWM roll out projects. You will collaborate closely with different tracks with each track being a Manufacturing Site and our agile organisation in Supply Chain IT, where you engage in an agile release train called Produce & Deliver, including line of business, IT team members, as well as our external vendors. WareX is an agile delivery program anchored in Digital, Data & IT (DD&IT) PS Supply Chain. The programme owns and govern SAP EWM across DD&IT and has a main objective to implement a combined EWM/ECC package for the sites part of the expansion journey and/or part of the migration roadmap for PAS-X. WareX will provide one standardized warehouse management solution across all Novo Nordisk production facilities. More specifically, our next Senior IT project manager among other things will be responsible for following tasks and activities: Responsibilities
  • Planning & managing the portfolio of server deliveries across the globe
  • Managing the migration of cloud systems to on-prem of varying complexity
  • Strong planning, forecasting, risk management, tracking and monitoring of infrastructure deliverables spread across different vendors
  • Effectively interacting with diverse stakeholders within NN and external suppliers, while managing the right balance between meeting requirements, efficient project execution and team management
  • Supporting the integration of all tracks with infrastructure to ensure timely deliveries to the projects
  • Building a learning culture, ensuring documentation of processes, lessons, checklists within infrastructure
  • Creating a clear guidelines and systematically organize information to support diverse tracks, fostering a knowledge sharing environment
    • The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work from Bagsværd, with the flexibility to work from home some of the time. Qualifications To succeed in this role, we are looking for a candidate who has the following qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree OR Master’s degree in relevant field.
  • Proven record of strong organizational and problem-solving skills is essential.
  • Quality mindset and experience with GxP requirements.
  • Demonstrable interest in IT Infrastructure and IT Operations.
  • Prior experience in executing global system deployment with a focus on varied infrastructures is not a requirement but an added advantage.
