The position
As a Digital Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and implementing digital initiatives, delivering substantial impacts to our organisation. One of your main responsibilities will be to drive projects aiming at fully automating our manual reports across ManDev through existing technologies. We are looking for an experienced Digital Project Manager who can play a crucial role in driving digital transformation to optimise key processes within ManDev.
Your responsibilities will include: Leading the planning, execution, and delivery of digital projects within the organisation
Identifying opportunities for digital transformation and assessing current digital capabilities
Overseeing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
Working across teams and departments to drive and implement digital GxP approved solutions in business processes
Utilising your deep understanding of digital technologies to advise on scope changes, QA, and other technical aspects of the project, while managing cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and foster collaboration
In our team, we are predominantly on site. The role is based in Bagsværd and involves working collaboratively on-site to cultivate a vibrant and interactive work environment. Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have: MSc degree in Engineering, Business Administration, IT, or equivalent
At least 5+ years of experience in Project Management/Digital Product Management
Demonstrated proficiency in leading internal business transformation in large enterprise organisations
Proven experience in Project Management, with a track record of successfully delivering digital projects within pharma or other GMP regulated industries is advantageous
Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to manage cross-functional teams combined with deep understanding of digital technologies and their application in business processes
Professional proficiency in English

About the department
Novo Nordisk is currently embarking on an exciting mission to maximize and expand our production capacity globally, with the goal of delivering high-quality injectable medicines to our patients around the world. As a part of Product Supply, IFP ManDev plays a crucial role in this journey. IFP ManDev supports our global & local production sites by optimising and developing future manufacturing of injectables - while maintaining a high level of quality and compliance. The area employs +700 people. More specifically, you will be part of our Digitalisation team where driven and skilled employees focus on process optimisation primarily through low-code/no-code solutions and business intelligence. Your role with be in close collaboration with the rest of the team but your role will be to implement technologies developed elsewhere, e.g. from externals to improve GxP processes across IFP ManDev.
