Act as a system expert for our learning management set-up as well as the subject matter expert on training and learning within Digital Study Management, staying up to date with the latest trends in learning and development and incorporating them into our Clinical System Management learning strategy.
Qualifications
To thrive and succeed in this role, we expect you to have: An academic degree in education science, life sciences, or another relevant field. 3-5 years of experience in managing Learning & Development Projects within a large and complex organization. Experience within the life science industry, specifically in clinical operations or development, would be a great asset but not a requirement. Especially experience with virtual and digital learning activities will be a great asset. Fluency in written and oral English.
As a person, you can establish positive and trusting relations with a diverse range of cross-functional stakeholders. You are curious by nature and able to ask ‘the right questions’ to identify relevant learning objectives. We expect you to take ownership, be structured, and can ensure an overview. You are comfortable with challenging and advising stakeholders and you can present complex matters in a clear and precise manner. You have solid experience in developing and delivering training programs including communicational content generation to support change management initiatives. Above all, you are proactive and have a strong drive and a desire to create real impact for the business.
