The Position The job as Senior Finance Project Manager offers good development opportunities and cross-functional collaboration with a broad range of stakeholders. You will be responsible for driving projects and developing solutions to drive performance and productivity. You will help support senior management by creating structured and transparent insights based on data from the global manufacturing network. As Senior Finance Project Manager you will: Play a key role in providing insights into performance and productivity to support key management decisions. Drive projects and ensure structured follow up with key stakeholders. Collaborate across a comprehensive network to support the project of developing a new Unit Cost Model. The role reports to Vice President of Productivity Insights and is based in Bagsværd HQ. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you have: Master Degree within Finance, Business, Strategy or similar. A minimum of5 years of experience with project management, financial modelling, business cases or as a financial analyst in a larger global organization. Knowledge about BI Tools (Power BI. Tableau, etc.) and digitalization will be considered an advantage but not a requirement. Strong analytical and strategic skills . Excellent stakeholder engagement/management skills along with the ability to build trusting relationships. Ability to gather, understand and condense complex information into decision material. As a person, you embody a proactive and high-performance spirit, constantly focusing on development and learning opportunities. You are curious of nature also within other fields than your own. You are structured and work with an analytical mindset. Proficiency in English both verbally and in writing is a prerequisite in this job. About the Department Product Supply, Quality & IT (PSQIT) is the largest organisational unit in with ~30,000 employees globally. The area is responsible for the full supply chain of all products, the quality assurance of all activities, and for providing an IT platform that caters to all business needs. Productivity Insights is part of PSQIT Finance & Business Support and consist of currently 9 colleagues. The department is essential in providing insights into cost structures, unit cost break downs, long-term financial cost insights, cost scenario analysis and productivity insights for the full PSQIT organisation.
