The Product Integrity & Warranty Management (PI&WM) Programs department is responsible to effectively manage major crisis events and execute major technical issue resolution projects. Our scope is typically centered around projects related to the Service Business, but we also manage projects out of the Onshore and Offshore business units, when a major crisis occurs.

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining standardized customer communication material such as project briefings and internal reporting formats such as quarterly department deep dive reports. In addition, you will be responsible for defining and driving internal projects, ranging from process and tool development, to program related activities such as support to root cause and commercial analysis, field execution projects etc.
The wide range of internal projects activities will ensure a solid understanding of our business. The ideal task split between communications, and internal projects is 50/50%. We work in a high pace and dynamic environment where self-reliance, high competency and multitasking abilities are key.
What you need to make a difference
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change.
You have a M.Sc. within finance, project management, communication or similar as well as working experience from the Wind Industry, ideally within projects, engineering, finance, marketing or similar is preferred. Regardless of background, you have a natural interest for effective communication and a solid understanding on how to deploy different communication tools. Industrial experience within project management is an advantage, but not a requirement.
You have experience working in an intercultural environment with an open mindset and a willingness to work outside your comfort zone by learning and understanding complex technical problems. You have an extrovert personality with excellent people skills and can communicate fluently in English, written and oral. Knowledge of the Spanish language and the Office 365 environment is an advantage but not a requirement.
In return of your commitment we offer you…
Become a part of our mission for sustainability: Clean energy for generations to come. We are a global team of diverse colleagues who share a passion for renewable energy and have a culture of trust and empowerment to make our own ideas a reality. We focus on personal and professional development to grow internally within our organization.
