Develop your skills the international way

We are looking for a motivated and ambitious colleague to help drive the various projects within Global Network. Preferably with a commercial mindset.

Global Network is overseeing the performance and development of VIKINGs extensive service network covering the entire globe! You will be joining a dynamic and ambitious team, working to improve our global service operations. Our overall purpose is to ensure an efficient and well-run service network that continuously delivers products and services that lives up to VIKING world class quality standards.

To achieve this Global Networks Service Excellence initiatives standardize and uniforms across a comprehensive global network. This applies to both VIKINGs operational systems as well as procedures. In the efforts of implementing global standards, you will act as both analyst and change agent at the same time.

Where do you come in?

Do you have a commercial mindset and are curious in organizational dynamics in complex business environments? We are looking for a profile who is eager to learn and grow into the role as Project Manager with a great strategic mindset and excellent communication skills, who can contribute and assist on various tasks.

Primary tasks

  • Project management
  • Process and operational optimizations
  • Implementation and change management
  • Continuous improvements of our global service operations
  • Strategic analysis

Your Profile

  • You can motivate and drive changes
  • You work structured, efficiently and independently
  • Digital strong and experienced user of various IT systems, Excel, Powerpoint etc.
  • Preferably you already have project manager experience and maybe even in implementation and dialogue across cultures

In a truly global organization as ours, excellent spoken and written English is necessary. Adequate knowledge of the Danish language is preferred.
