The position As Project Manager in our CapEx department 25N Expansion Programme, you will be responsible for one or more important project work packages. Your main tasks include: Initiating, executing, and finalizing projects within our established project execution framework
Managing a wide range of stakeholders both within Novo Nordisk and externally, with vendors
Acting as the crucial link between workgroups, steering groups, project owners, project governance, and key stakeholders
Finally, as a member of the team, we will encourage you to contribute to the continuous improvement of our everyday work as well as more tactical initiatives. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you: Hold at least a bachelor’s degree in production, engineering or similar, coupled with practical experience in a comparable role
Show eagerness in utilizing project tools, implementing effective reporting mechanisms, and efficiently tracking project progress
Possess the ability to ensure effective communication across all levels, along with curiosity and confidence to dive into new challenges
Demonstrate proficiency in both spoken and written English
Having technical experience in production or engineering or exposure to a regulated environment would be considered as a strong advantage, along with fluency in Danish. As a person, you demonstrate a structured approach and thrive in working independently across a diverse stakeholder landscape. Your ability to collaborate with people holding different perspectives and priorities is noteworthy. Utilizing your pragmatic and diplomatic skills, you will establish clarity and shared priorities, efficiently handling issues and drive progress in our projects. About the Department We are part of Product Supply, Sourcing Operations, who are responsible for the global inbound supply chain for packaging and raw materials to the production and clinical trials. Our department, 25N Expansion Programme, is newly established and focuses on expanding the existing warehouse in Hillerød to meet future demands.
