The position As a Project Manager in our Assembly Development & Innovation team, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the development of assembly manufacturing processes and equipment for new medical devices. Your main responsibilities will include: Efficient execution of manufacturing process development projects for new medical devices. Establishing, communicating, and executing the assembly innovation strategy and portfolio management. Engaging in the development of robust and reliable manufacturing processes through innovation projects. Collaborating with stakeholders from production shop floor, equipment suppliers, external partners, and academia The position is a maternity cover for two years with the possibility of permanent employment. Qualifications To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications: An academic degree, preferably a Master’s degree. in engineering background (technical profile). + 3 years of proven experience in project management, with a focus on delivering projects within scope, time, quality, and budget constraints. Experience in the development of manufacturing processes and equipment, within a GMP regulated environment is a plus. Previous experience in navigating innovation projects and using Agile methodologies. Full proficiency in oral and written English. On a personal level you have strong communication skills and thrive on engaging with people and building relationships. You have the capability to work in a cross-functional environment and manage various stakeholders whilst working autonomously, proactively, setting and achieving your own goals. About the department The Assembly Development & Innovation team is located in Hillerød and is part of Device Manufacturing Development (DMD). We are a dedicated and highly competent team responsible for the development of assembly processes, manufacturing equipment, technologies, and innovation. Our work is at the crossroad between Device Research & Development, Production, and our equipment suppliers. We are committed to driving innovation and ensuring the production of high-quality medical devices. Working at Novo Nordisk Finished Product Manufacturing (FPM) is a part of Novo Nordisk Product Supply, a global production network at the forefront of technology and quality production of pharmaceutical products. At FPM, we not only manufacture all finished products for people living with serious chronic diseases, we also use our competencies to drive technology leadership and improve standards across our core technologies to support the growing efforts into completely new production platforms and therapy areas for Novo Nordisk. Our global network consists of around 4,000 colleagues across ten countries. Here, we are responsible for the manufacturing of all finished products, including devices, needles, assembly, and packaging.
