The Position A as Senior Project Manager, you will join the team that lead the complex process of assessing Chemistry, Manufacturing and Control (CMC)/Product Supply data of the external assets and set the direction and strategy for the following internal development. With direct reference to a Portfolio Vice President (PoVP), you will coordinate the process of integration with focus on data transfer of to the CMC/Product supply development team and line of business. Your primary responsibilities will include: Project Coordination, along with the lead of the due diligence and integration, in preparing timelines, coordinating, and executing the integration of corporate assets
Developing internal and external networks to ensure the smooth transfer of data and transition of projects into internal development
Identifying and implementing improvements to processes related to the integration of corporate assets to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
Generating overviews of data (i.e. such as patents, scientific information, molecules, and clinical data) during the due diligence phase to support informed decision-making

Qualifications To succeed in this role, you: Hold a masters’ degree within a relevant field of scientific expertise such as Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, Biology or similar
Have several years’ experience as a Project Manager in the pharmaceutical industry
Ideally, possess knowledge of the CMC value chain, manufacturing or drug development
Are fully proficient in both written and spoken English
As a person you demonstrate strong organizational skills and are excellent in coordinating various activities, always maintaining a keen eye for details and data. You have excellent collaboration and communication skills which allows you to engage and motivate teams with diverse backgrounds by communicating clearly and effectively. Finally, you display ambition and curiosity, and are always eager to learn and develop.
About the department Development Product Portfolio is an integral part of Product Supply, responsible for coordinating projects related to CMC and Product Supply throughout the entire lifecycle. Our core activities encompass the development, manufacturing, and distribution of drug candidates for clinical trials, as well as the establishment of commercial manufacturing processes and technologies, supported by comprehensive scientific documentation to facilitate drug approval. Moreover, we diligently coordinate all major life cycle management activities for approved products. You will join a dedicated team of projects managers and directors.
