Would you like to become part of an organisation that makes a different to thousands of people each day? We are producing in a GMP regulated environment and in order to ensure maintenance, service, rebuilds and new builds, we shut down production twice a year. We need an experienced project manager to plan and execute these shutdowns.
About the department
The job is located in Biopharm Finished Production in Kalundborg. You will be part of a small, ambitious team of 10 employees working with project management and technical procurement. Our responsibility includes project execution and managing the yearly shutdowns of our production. You will join a dynamic team with ambitious employees from various backgrounds. Our common goal is that we always strive for excellence in project management.
The job
As shutdown manager your overall responsibility will be to ensure efficient shutdowns. This includes planning and execution of the shutdown periods, where many tasks and projects are being executed at the same time. As we are producing in a GMP regulated environment it is also your responsibility that the shutdowns will be run according to current regulations (cGMP).
You will not have any direct references but will be cooperating with and leading a lot of employees with different backgrounds during the planning and execution of the shutdown. It will also be possible to be responsible for running other projects between the shutdowns.
Qualifications
You have an MSc in Engineering or similar, supplemented with a minimum of 5-7 years’ experience as project manager in the pharma industry, a consulting company or similar field. Preferable, you have experience as shutdown coordinator and know what it means to operate in a GMP-regulated environment.
As a person, you are very structured and able to make detailed plans. You are able to keep the overview in a large and complex organisation with many stakeholders and ongoing changes. You are pro-active and thrive on working independently while bringing a positive and outgoing attitude. You have a global mind-set and enjoy building relations across organisational levels. Good communication skills are a must including the ability to create good cooperation with directors as well as employees in the production. Lastly, you must be fluent in both written and spoken Danish and English.
