About the department
You will be part of Biopharm Finished Products in Kalundborg (BioFP Ka). We are responsible for aseptic filling and packaging of several of Biopharm’s products. BioFP Ka consists of 4 departments with 300 employees. We are looking for a new colleague to join our Project Office whose primary responsibility is to ensure successful execution of investment and optimization projects with a strong focus on innovative solutions and customer needs.
About the job
As Project Manager you will work with projects across BioFP Ka. You will define the business case and ensure buy-in from your stakeholders at all stages of the project lifetime. Your primary task will be to ensure that scope, schedule and cost are always on track. You work closely with project members, steering committees and other stakeholders at all levels inside and outside our organization, where you ensure an effective organization of tasks and clear goals for all people involved in the projects.
Qualifications
You probably have a degree in engineering or business, supplemented with at least two years of experience as Project Manager or an educational insight in project management. Experience from the pharma industry or similar fields, and experience with operating and executing projects in a GMP/GxP regulated environment is a prerequisite. Experience with validation of facilities or production related equipment is also a plus. You possess great business sense and excel at engaging people to achieve their best while complementing project specified goals.
On a personal level, you are pro-active and thrive with driving tasks independently to the finish line. As you have a structured approach to your work, you can juggle several tasks while prioritising your efforts optimally by keeping the bigger picture in mind. You are a natural leader and team player and you quickly build strong working relationships with all types of stakeholders from different backgrounds. Good communication skills are a must, including the ability to target your communication at a broad set of stakeholders at all organisational levels.
In addition, you are fluent in both Danish and English.
