Job Description
Product Strategy is a newly established team with high ambitions and the close ear of management, who will look to us for an expert opinion. We are looking to expand our team as we seek to drive forward an ambitious growth plan not just geographically, but also to new segments of the payments value chain. It’s an exciting and fast-paced environment to be in.
As a Senior Product Strategy Manager you will be leading projects that will drive forward the strategic goals of the business, and advising management on key steps we should be taking. Projects are varied but will typically involve the following:
You will be looked upon as an advisor and thought-leader. You will bring structure, ask the right questions, and see the big picture as well as know the details.
The eCommerce team has a dynamic culture, that is high in trust and low in the hierarchy. We are focused on creating a collaborative and collegial working environment, to achieve high-quality results.
There are no extra points for wearing a tie or staying late, rather we care about the enthusiasm you bring, the quality of your work and the results we can achieve together.

As a Senior Product Strategy Manager you will be leading projects that will drive forward the strategic goals of the business, and advising management on key steps we should be taking. Projects are varied but will typically involve the following:
- Understanding our markets, competitors and customers
- Assessing a new area (segment or geography) in terms of attractiveness and go-to-market options
- Spotting and validating trends in the future of payments, and taking ownership of "telling the story" and making it relevant for Nets
- Reviewing and find efficiencies in our existing product portfolio and setup; which is especially important as continue our growth plan
- Making (better) use of the data that exists in the business to create insights
- "Project X" – we like to give you the space to also drive forward projects/work. If you have a topic you would like to explore then you have the mandate to do it. In fact, it’s encouraged!

- Passion for conceptualizing, creating and launching innovative products
- Keen attention to detail and a natural curiosity
- Ability to manage stakeholders across a complex organisation
- Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong core consultant toolkit (Excel, PowerPoint, presentational skills)
- Ideally 3-4 years of experience working for a PSP, payments company or consultancy
