Main tasks and role
- Develop, lead, and execute
- process optimization and accountability across the organization supporting our business excellence strategies
- strategic initiatives e.g. within process management and governance
- quality and process management projects together with global stakeholders across the company
- Take lead in developing, standardizing, and improving the process landscape globally
- Drive the development and continuous improvement of end-to-end processes, process governance, tools/systems as well as performance management culture
- Drive cross-functional teams to propose solutions and provide appropriate linkages between critical processes
- Identify and share best practices across Terma, and ensure that these are widely adopted
Your professional qualifications
- Proven track record as Project Manager with a minimum of 3 years of experience
- Ability to lead large cross functional projects and strong project change management skills
- Experience with process optimization e.g., Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, Business Process Management, Lean Management, Six Sigma, Quality Management Systems etc.
- Experience with Performance Management, Business Intelligence, or other fact-driven cultures
- International mindset and excellent communication skills, including fluent English skills (both orally and in writing)
- You hold a MSc or BSc in Engineering, Value Chain Management, or similar relevant education
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office package

- You are a high-performing role model within the project management and project leadership disciplines
- You are self-driven and make things happen, independent and have an outgoing personality with a positive mindset
- Stakeholder Management and communication is some of your main skills - you are good at communicating with colleagues, a skilled relationship builder, and able to navigate in a complex stakeholder landscape
- You are a structured and committed, result-oriented person, working with passion and a high level of energy
- You are analytical with a high drive and a natural curiosity, coupled with a fact-based approach to secure ideas are prioritized and implemented
- You thrive with managing many tasks simultaneously and can cope with a rapid changing environment and challenges
