Are you a strong Project Manager with a proven track record of successfully navigating people and projects to the required destination? Do you want to be a part of the development of the security infrastructure in future Fill & Finish facilities in a large global pharmaceutical company and are you motivated by developing and implementing new technology and challenging the status quo?Then you might be our new Security Infrastructure Project Manager. The Position We are looking for an experienced and structured colleague to join our team and to lead the security infrastructure work package, where you will have a critical role in ensuring that our new production facilities maintain the company’s security standards and local regulations. The position has high impact on the strategy and execution of security infrastructure work package. You will be instrumental in coordinating the roll-out of the corporate security standards together with our corporate security team, local site project stakeholders, engineering partners and external vendors.This task involves a high level of complexity and at the same time high impact and professional and personal development.You report to the Facility & Maintenance manager and will work in a project environment, where we have daily close coordination with our colleagues and stakeholders.Your responsibilities will include: Project Planning and Execution: Develop and implement a detailed project plan to track progress. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time and within scope.
Risk Management: Perform risk management to minimize project risks. Identify potential issues and proactively propose solutions.
Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to the local site project team teams and external partners. Ensure the team is working within the project scope and effectively addressing all technical challenges.
Process Improvement: Continually improve processes and workflows to increase efficiency and effectiveness of project delivery.
Safety and Security: Ensure the safety and security of the facility, including adherence to all applicable safety and security standards. Coordinate improvement activities with corporate security.
In addition, the position involves a high degree of stakeholder management within the organization, such as process SMEs, IT/OT and QA across the program, as well as external partners.The position will involve collaborating with our global sites, to facilitate this, some travel would be expected for the position which is estimated at 5-7 trips per year.The team currently consist of 11 colleagues working with different disciplines and very different backgrounds, professionally and personally. The team is growing, and we value differences in perspective and experience. Qualifications To be successful in this position, you need to have: An academic or technical degree within engineering, life science or similar
Minimum 5 years of experience from a facility or operations organization, preferably from a pharmaceutical production facility
Solid understanding of GxP requirements
Experience from large construction projects or as a consultant is great advantage
Ability to communicate complex content in a simple way
Fluency in written and spoken English

About the SVP area You will be joining Fill & Finish Expansions, which was established 2 years ago and is a growing area within Novo Nordisk. Our responsibility is to design, plan, and build all new drug product capacity across Novo Nordisk to serve the needs of millions of patients.
