Are you an experienced Project Manager with a knack for governing test and validation activities for a huge expansion programme? As our Project Manager for Site Acceptance Test (SAT) Coordination, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the success of our projects. Do you have what it takes to lead our portfolio? The Position As a Project Manager in our Validation Standards department, you will play a crucial role in developing and continuously improving a standard SAT execution model based on best practices within and outside of Novo Nordisk. Your focus will be on collaboration and communication across all work packages and receiving project sites. Your key tasks and areas of responsibility will include:
• Assemble and lead a central SAT team to develop and define standards for SAT preparation, planning, and execution while keeping stakeholders informed and providing continuous guidance.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and partners to maintain project plans, timelines, and status reports.
• Facilitate meetings and communicate project updates, issues, and risks to senior management.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with team members and stakeholders.
• Continuously improve the setup and implement learning for future executions while identifying and resolving project barriers and conflicts.
• Develop and implement project management best practices, methodologies, and tools, while continuously assessing and improving project delivery processes. Your workplace will be based in Lyngby, but as there is collaboration required on a global scale, some international travel will be required down the track. It is expected that this will not be right away, but most likely after settling into your new role. Qualifications
The ideal candidate should be energetic, optimistic, and able to both create and execute plans. Clear and distinct communication in English, both written and spoken, is essential for the role. Also, this person should have experience working and collaborating internationally across borders and different time zones. To be successful in this role, you should have:
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, business administration, or another relevant field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management.
• The ability to handle competing priorities and thrive in being the first mover.
• The ability to foster a collaborative work environment while focusing on compliance.
• Experience working in the pharma industry is an advantage. About the Department
The Validation Standards department at Novo Nordisk is responsible for ensuring the quality of the final product during the manufacturing process. They develop and implement quality control plans and work closely with other departments to maintain quality standards. The department is staffed with highly qualified professionals who continuously evaluate and improve quality control processes. The department is divided in three teams.
