is looking for an experienced Global Associate Director Manager who will be responsible for spearheading strategic key projects within the device portfolio for abroad range of device project. The role will involve projects in early development phase to planning and to execution of launch plans in collaboration with therapy are-as/affiliates/regions. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead commercial strategy and marketing across therapy for key strategic device projects
• Lead commercial evaluations and assessments, and deliver commercial device recommendations to support development projects across the device (and deliv-ery systems) life cycle
• Provide commercial device input and perspectives to development projects and work closely to integrate commercial voice and business needs early in processes
• Identify unmet needs and trends in the market of devices and loop back to de-velopment projects
• Deliver and execute on strategic commercial device priorities, including providing marketing sparring and expertise as a ‘go-to’ person within device marketing Qualifications
We are seeking a committed team player, who has an inclusive and flexible approach with the following preferred competencies:• Master’s degree in marketing, business administration, communication, life sci-ences, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or med-tech industry in marketing, business development, or brand strategy.
• Experience with global product launch, development of effective promotional ma-terials, and training assets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a matrix organization.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience from an affiliate is a plus. About The Department
The Device Strategy and Marketing team is part of the Portfolio Strategy, Access, and Pricing (PSAP) in the global commercial organization of . The team consists of diverse and passionate individuals who are responsible for providing commercial direc-tion to the device development projects while also ensuring strong launch and lifecycle management of the mature device portfolio.
