We specialise in marketing for property developments. Specifically we work on architectural visualisation, VR, brand identities, and websites.

The ideal candidate has some experience with 3D arts from previous work.

We're looking for a freelancer to help manage our CGI projects (or even better, someone who can help out across multiple services), liaising with clients and artists to achieve great images. There is an example of the type of image attached to the post. This is fully computer-generated, the building is currently under construction.

As a creative project coordinator, you will have the opportunity to work with top architects and property developers on exciting CGI and Virtual Reality projects for some of the most high profile property developments in the UK.

You’ll be taking briefs from clients, helping develop concepts and then overseeing the crafting of stunning visuals, immersive VR experiences, and iconic brand identity projects, by liaising with our team of designers and artists to reach and exceed client expectations.

The following skills and experience would be essential:

- Experience with 3D arts from previous PM role
- An ability to be organised across multiple complex and multi-discipline projects.
- Previous and successful experience in a similar level organisational/creative role.
- Strong CG agency and/or design agency experience.
- A proven track record of the management of outstanding creative campaigns.
- A basic understanding of architectural terminology, and an appreciation and interest in quality architecture and design.
- An eye for detail, and an ability to drive the team to achieve high quality, visually impactful work.
- A love of collaborative work, getting the best out of your colleagues and instilling confidence and trust in clients to deliver great work in a timely manner.
- An understanding of the commercial world, the importance of deadlines, budget restraints, and the purpose behind the work we do.
- A desire and ambition for the creation of award-winning campaigns
