Lead and participate in strategic projects, directly contributing to ’s overall strategic direction
In the position of Strategy Manager, you will have a key stake in ’s strategic growth and ensure we succeed across in areas such as ESG, innovation, and strategy. You will lead the ongoing development of our toolbox and framework for driving strategic projects and transformation. With a pragmatic, hypothesis-driven approach to problem-solving, you work in time-boxed, agile projects that prioritize collaboration and data-driven insights. As sparring partner and challenger to the business, you ensure that recommendations are grounded in validated insights, fostering transparency and impact.

With a direct reference to our Vice President of Strategy & Business Development, you will become part of newly established Strategy & Business Development department. The department consists of highly skilled individuals from across the business, specializing in areas such as strategy, market intelligence, ESG, and innovation.
Our purpose is to lift the strategic level at by aligning strategic ambition with execution and secure a structured approach to problem solving. We act as a talent factory, strengthening 's succession planning by developing future leaders who can drive sustainable growth. Through data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration, we identify strategic opportunities, solve critical challenges, and support the business to achieve a competitive position while contributing to a greener, more sustainable future.
Did you know that we have quarterly ‘tour de cidade’ where we visit the team members home city/area and explore fun facts together? We also have joined lunches, team breakfasts and bi-annually overnight events.

We are looking for a Strategy Manager with extensive experience in strategy development, strategy deployment, and leading strategic transformations, ideally from consultancy. You will have a diverse network, engaging with senior leadership, business unit managers, and cross-functional teams, requiring exceptional communication and leadership skills.

As sparring partner and challenger to the business, you ensure that recommendations are grounded in validated insights, fostering transparency and impact.
More specifically you will be:
- Developing and connecting business unit and cross functional strategies to ambitions
- Driving key optimization initiatives and supporting digitalization efforts
- Leading important decision-making processes for strategy reviews, strategic opportunity scoping, and cross-organizational transformations
- Developing and establishing an ESG strategy. Define priorities, ownership, implementation and KPI’s and ensure traction
- Establishing new business development process and governance

We are looking for a Strategy Manager with extensive experience in strategy development, strategy deployment, and leading strategic transformations, ideally from consultancy. You will have a diverse network, engaging with senior leadership, business unit managers, and cross-functional teams, requiring exceptional communication and leadership skills.
In order to succeed, we imagine that you have:
- Strong financial and analytical skills, ideally holding a cand.merc. or similar degree from a business school
- Experience in change management is essential with a proven ability to guide organizations through complex transitions
- The ability to manage multiple projects and maintain a holistic view while driving transformation across the business
- Industry experience from production or software companies is highly preferred, and a background in sustainability, M&A, or ESG is a big plus
