I love Luca is an Italian brand with 3 lovely restaurants in the portfolio. Each of them have been developed with focus on Italian culture, its cuisine and the passion of its people.
We are looking for a driven, passionate and committed candidate to take over the role as a restaurant manager of our mother ship restaurant Pizzeria Luca in Gammel Strand.
Pizzeria Luca is a fast-paced Italian restaurant located in the heart of Copenhagen, run by charismatic Italians. This is where everything started and the "Luca Feeling" was born.
The restaurant manager of our restaurants has the overall responsibility for executing the strategic annual plan and directing the daily operations of sales and core values of brand.
Managers are responsible for the processes of getting activities completed efficiently with and through other people and setting and achieving the firm's goals through the execution of four basic management functions: planning, organizing, leading, and controlling.
One of Luca’s core values are the passionate people that run it, and we are looking for a fiery soul to run the restaurant and lead the team in Pizzeria Luca Gammel Strand with commitment and engagement.

The restaurant manager of our restaurants has the overall responsibility for executing the strategic annual plan and directing the daily operations of sales and core values of brand.

Our perfect Unit Manager has
- Minimum 2 years experience in a management role within high volume, food and beverage sales
- Experience in running events
- Experience in or interest in Italian cuisine and culture
- Strong leadership ability
- Excellent communication at all levels
- Good financial acumen
- The experience to operate at a high level with the support of a leadership team
- The ability to manage multiple operational and managerial tasks simultaneously
Operational areas of responsibility
- Bookings in collaboration with booking department
- Food and beverage ordering, and sale
- Guest experience, and relations and complaint handling
- Mood setting (atmosphere, music, lighting, outside areas)
- Restaurant maintenance and repair
- Hygiene and cleaning
- Team management
- Recruiting, hiring, training, and retention of team members,
- ensuring that the highest quality products and services are delivered to each customer.
- Managing and executing unit-based events
Administratative areas of responsibilty
- Cash reports
- Inventory management
- Gross Profit control
- Scheduling, and salary cost control
- Invoice approval
- Accountability of P&L
- Meetings with local management team, and leadership team
- Driving the marketing plan with LD & marketing team
- Egenkontrol + APV
- Team evaluation and staff meetings

- Full time position starting in April
