Kragerø Resort offers a variety of activities, golf and spa treatments in Scandinavian style. The in-house restaurant specialises in buffet, seafood and healthy dishes. Drinks can be enjoyed in the spacious and brightly decorated bar and the hotel also has a private beach club.

The surrounding area provides nice hiking and canoeing opportunities. Kragerø town centre is a 15-minute ferry ride from Kragerø Resort Hotel.

We are looking for a chef – á la carte.

Job description

• Preporations, arrange and cook high quality food in accordance with our various food concepts on the Beach Club
• follow procedures according to IK food, cleaning and safety
• Help the department reach expectations for guest satisfaction, quality and profitability
• Help reduce food waste
• Contribute to a good working environment and collaboration with colleagues in the kitchen and other departments

Skills:

• Must have: D-number
• Experience can compensate for education.
• Drivers license
• Language: Norwegian, Swedish, Danish or English

Working hours:

Full-time, start 01.06.2021 - 31.08.2021 with possibility for extension
