Management Accountant, Finance

Dynaudio, the legendary Danish speaker maker, is looking for a new Management Accountant for our Finance team at our global headquarters in Skanderborg.
About the job
As our new Management Accountant, your main task will be to assist in the monthly closing, as well as playing an important role in the budgeting control and performance review and analysis .
You will also preparing reports and documents required by our parent company, as well as management accounts for internal stakeholders such as regions and subsidiaries.

We’re a team of six enthusiastic colleagues at the HQ, working with our five international finance colleagues on controlling, accounting and providing support to our global offices in Germany, the USA and China. We work closely together, supporting each other in our daily tasks, but also place a high value in independent working - especially towards the end of the month. We succeed by working together, and by working closely with colleagues across the organization.
About you
You have an educational background within Financial management or accounting, and you have at least three years’ experience from a similar role in an international company.
Experience with in-depth data-analysis and Power BI is advantageous.
Your success is determined by your ability to build a constructive dialogue with customers across all organizational levels and functions. You have an analytical and structured workstyle, and you place a high value in accuracy and meeting legal requirements. You use your well-developed communication skills to establish good working relations with all stakeholders. Your work style is characterized by an eagerness to learn and an flexible mindset.
English is our main company language, so you’ll need to be comfortably fluent in both writing and speaking it too. Chinese language skills are an advantage.

About the job
As our new Management Accountant, your main task will be to assist in the monthly closing, as well as playing an important role in the budgeting control and performance review and analysis .
You will also preparing reports and documents required by our parent company, as well as management accounts for internal stakeholders such as regions and subsidiaries.
Other responsibilities include:
- Preparation of monthly analysis and reporting of liquidity/expenses efficiency/ turnover/ profitability etc.
- Improving and optimizing functions in our ERP system (D365)
- Streamlining accounting functions and operations
- Participation in various project related tasks in Finance such as budgeting process improvement, cash flow forecasting, and internal control processes.
