Join our Mail Boxes Etc. team as a Sales & Account Manager and be part of a dynamic and innovative third-party shipping, fulfillment, and logistics company in Denmark. As Sales & Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing key client accounts, building relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key client accounts, developing strong connections.
- Understand the demands and expectations of your clients so that you may deliver specialized logistical solutions.
- Develop solid and professional customer/supplier/agent relationships, and practice proactive communication.
- Collaborate with internal teams and shipping companies to ensure timely and successful service delivery.
- Keep track of account performance and look for possibilities to improve.
- Prepare reports and updates for clients regularly.
- Data entry into operational systems and the processing of shipping documentation.
- Manage EDI documentation, shipping tracking, deviations, and customer expectations.
- Pricing, procurement, and discussions with suppliers and carriers.
- Coordinate logistical activities with customers and carriers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, International Sales & Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
- Experience working as a point of contact with business customers, agents, and/or customer service
- Experience with freight forwarding, preferably in the courier world.
- Write and speak English at the negotiation level. Danish is a plus but not mandatory.
- Solution-oriented and able to keep a positive attitude under pressure.
- A team player who is also capable of working solo.
- Work with discipline and do not compromise on quality.
