We are looking for a Global Sales Enablement Specialist with a passion to drive efficient, easy to use, and well supported sales processes at a global scale. Together with your colleagues in the rest of Global Sales Operations you enable sales, support, and sales operations around the globe to succeed in a fast growing company, and ensure well working interfaces with other corporate functions.

You report to the Director, Global Sales Enablement.
Areas of responsibility
As a Global Sales Enablement Specialist you are responsible for our portfolio of sales processes, frameworks, and applications that drive enables sales to succeed, including:
• Activity-based sales
• Partner business review
• Account planning
• Territory mapping
You will drive these A-Z from development over implementation and follow up on global adoption.
You will establish a close working relationship with our sales regions to develop and execute these frameworks. Your colleages in Global Sales Operations will help you set up the tools and applications required, including Salesforce upon which we build the majority of our sales processes.
What you bring to the team
Required experience and skills:
• Min. 6 years' work experience from similar sales enablement roles preferably in an international tech company or a related industries.
• You have had sales roles as part of your carrier or have in other ways have been very close to sales. You know the inner working of sales, and know what it takes to efficienly support sales managing partners and working with sales opportunities.
• A keen interest in scaling a business through sales tools and processes. You understand which supporting structures are required to enable our colleagues in sales to succeed. You are used to be working within an enterprise level CRM system, and it is a plus if you know Salesforce which we use.
• Experienced in stakeholder engagement. You juggle input from stakeholders across the globe, and translate this into processes and programs that drives consistency in our sales processes.
• Structured with good project manager skills, proactively engaging internal specialist from different teams achieve the global deliveries. For very complex projects you will get a dedicated project manager to help you but the rest you lead yourself.
• A good communicator, comfortable in meeting settings and good at presenting. You have solid English language skills.
As a person you are:
• Motivated by enabling your collegaes in sales to succeed through structured and well supported sales processes
• Driven, proactive, and passionate with a positive can-do attitude.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, yet with the calmness to complete most important tasks first.
• Well educated, likely holding an university degree.
• A team player with strong interpersonal skills, operating eye to eye at all levels.
