Together with your colleagues in the rest of Global Sales Operations you enable sales, support, and sales operations around the globe to succeed in a fast growing company, and ensure well working interfaces with other corporate functions.

You report to the Director, Global Sales Enablement.
Areas of responsibility
As a Global Senior Sales Enablement Specialist you are responsible for:
• Developing and driving our global sales skills building programs, including:
o Leading our global sales academy which consist of in-person training programs
o Shaping our learning portfolio of content for self-serving learning for sales to benefit from.
o Establishing a talent development program to grow and mature younger sales talents.
• Following up on global adoption of the frameworks and programs offered.
• You will work with specialist from various departments in Milestone and external training vendors who will help provide content for the skills development programs.
• You will establish a close working relationship with our sales regions and the global People & Culture function to develop and execute skills development programs.
What you bring to the team
Required experience and skills:
• Min. 8 years' work experience from similar sales enablement and skills development roles preferably in an international tech company or a related industries. It is a benefit if you have had sales roles and / or partner management as part of your carrier or in other ways have been very close to sales.
• Business savvy with a keen interest in scaling a business through competency building. You understand which types of skills building and supporting structures are required in different settings.
• Proven track record of building up sales enablement and skills development programs and frameworks that stick. You design for value add, repeatability and scalability, and understand what it takes to systems support a global setup.
• Excellent in stakeholder engagement. You know when to take input, and when to make decisions, and succeed in building up global structures and programs that makes sense for the people who are going to benefit from them.
• Structured with good project manager skills, proactively engaging internal specialist and external vendors to achieve the global deliveries. For very complex projects you will get a dedicated project manager to help you drive the projects but the rest you lead yourself.
• A natural communicator, a skilled presentor, and a good story teller. You are comfortable on a stage as well in a meeting room, and easily connect with colleagues at all levels. You have solid English language skills.

• Motivated by enabling your collegaes in sales to succeed through skills building.
• Driven, proactive, and passionate with a positive can-do attitude.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, yet with the calmness and overview to prioritize most important tasks.
• Well educated, likely holding an university degree.
• A team player with strong interpersonal skills, operating eye to eye at all levels.
• Flexible. The role requires 6-8 weeks of travel a year, and a willingness to accommodate for global training schedules which occasionally include outside office hours schedules.
