The position
As part of our Account Management team, you will have full ownership of a large portfolio of customers mainly governmental. Your job is to be the strategic ‘General’ in all areas of the relationship with the customer, setting a plan to upsell to existing clients, grow the scope to sister companies, grow their usage of Templafy, and finally, ensuring customers are satisfied with the product. Your key KPI’s will be sales, customer health scores, and retention & renewals.

The position

You will:
- Be empowered to take key decisions on your customer portfolio.
- Create an account plan for your customers.
- Discover and execute on your pipeline of upsell opportunities.
- Coordinate and deploy strategic resources such as Customer Success Managers, Account Based Marketing managers, and Implementation Partners to your customers.
- Create an industry specific knowledge base across your customers in terms of use cases, rollouts, messaging and usage to be shared with marketing and sales.
Requirements
- Outstanding B2B sales experience and skills.
- Proven track record of selling to governmental institutes such as municipalities and water authorities (experience within SaaS is not required but is beneficial).
- Understand different stakeholders in B2B buying process - ability to talk business with C-level individuals on the customer side.
- Ability to think long term and set a strategy.
- Experience of working with data to uncover opportunities.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Fluent in Dutch and English. Other languages are always welcome as it is an asset to our multicultural environment.
