About the department
You get the opportunity to join a Digital transformation department in Hillerød, Denmark, responsible for driving our digital transformation in Device Manufacturing & Sourcing (DMS). DMS produces high quality plastic components and preassembled parts for our internal customers within prefilled and durable devices. Furthermore, we strive for becoming a circular factory and ensure that we can achieve the greatest positive environmental impact as possible.
The position
You will get 15 colleagues from different countries and get the opportunity to influence the way we work with Manufacturing Intelligence and convert data into green solutions. You will work closely together with our Circular factory team working with how to transform the production to a green factory and explore how we can use data and Business Intelligence tools in our journey towards zero environmental impact. You will get the opportunity to get practical experience in exploring different advanced technologies e.g. RPA/RDA setups and BI tools like Alteryx and Tableau. Further you will get the opportunity to become a key player in driving projects related to app development and other digital tools used in the production area. Finally, you will get to work with quality assessment and streamlining the looks and feels of our digital solutions.
- Internship period: 3-6 months.
- Working hours: Flexible (min. 18 and max. 37 hours a week).
- Start date: August or September 2020.
- Internships are remunerated, if your educational track allows.
- A Danish full-time work permit is required.
Qualifications
We envision an intern who is passionate about data and maybe is seeking a career within this field. You are currently studying a master’s degree within computer science, interaction design or within the space of analytics. Ability to manage various data tasks and prepare data for analysis is required, as well as fluency in both oral and written English. If you have an interest in UX design and knowledge of the Adobe Creative suite this is a big plus. You are an outgoing person with a strong personal drive and dedication. You have a strong analytical mindset, both in terms of data and processes. Finally, you are a dedicated team player who inspires trust amongst colleagues and partners. You have an entrepreneurial mindset and it comes naturally to you to test new techniques, software and ways of working. We expect you will be good at what you do and have an eye for details. You have a burning desire to learn new things and are curious about the processes and people you work with.
