Nilfisk is on a strategic journey from being a product-oriented manufacturing company to a customer-driven sales and service organization. With the aim of optimizing the entire organization the marketing department has embarked on a transformation journey going from a print-oriented marketing approach to a more digital focus.
Your new team, the Digital Marketing team, is currently powering up a traditional, industrial company and disrupting it from the inside. You will get the opportunity to build up user journeys and digital products from scratch and then see them launch globally, while influencing the company’s digital journey.
Become our Umbraco Super user
As our new Webmaster for the Digital Marketing team, you will thrive from building delight customer experiences globally and make Nilfisk stand out as a thought leader in the industry.
You will quickly become a superuser of our CMS, Umbraco, and will be responsible for building global webpages in Umbraco for nilfisk.com and other related websites.
As the team develops new features, you will contribute by consolidating feedback from other Umbraco users, pointing out missing functionality and suggesting editor friendly approaches.
Main responsibilities:
Curious CMS specialist with a constant improvement mindset
We imagine that you have a couple of year of experience with Content Management Systems (knowledge of Umbraco would be a plus but will be taught here if you don’t have it already). How-to-knowledge on using Google Analytics for performance measurements is needed in order to analyze statistics and traffic on the sites.
On a personal level, you thrive from engaging with others, sharing your knowledge and being a Subject Matter Expert. You got an eye for what it takes to create a wow-experience and you are methodical and detail oriented by nature. You are an active listener who enjoys providing a great service to your clients. You are curious and you proactively come up with new ways of improving the existing.

- Be a super user of Umbraco and understand available feature set.
- Build pages in Umbraco for nilfisk.com and other Umbraco projects.
- Implement new features developed by IT and assist in the roll out.
- Ensure consistency across web, campaigns and social media.
- Write documentation for the feature set, share knowledge and best practices with other users of Umbraco and organize training if needed.
- Engage with editors and campaign team on what’s possible to build in Umbraco based upon the current feature set.
- Work closely with design, UX and Product Owner to ensure feasible design and functionality for new features.
- Provide input to Product Owner on editor friendly features in Umbraco.
- Evaluate the performance of Umbraco features and pages and ensure sufficient tracking is set up.
