About the job


The Enterprise Solution Architect is a technical leader that defines architecture for enterprise level projects spanning over several business and IT domains. You will be part of the Enterprise Solution Architecture team, located in Copenhagen, reporting in to global IT Business and Partner solutions of Saxo.

This role is critical in supporting business and technology transformation, offering a strategic blend of enterprise and solution architecture to the organization.

Enterprise Solution Architecture team works closely with stakeholders across business and technology to ensure IT program and projects are meeting business needs and quality of deliveries.

The Enterprise Solution Architecture team is involved in pre-analyses, development of blueprints and execution of enterprise level IT programs and projects. The team contributes to technical pre-sales activities towards new wholesale clients and partners.

We are looking for a new colleague that can strengthen the team with experience from the customer lifecycle areas, including digital engagement, omnichannel communication, customer onboarding and due diligence, access and identity management, payment solutions and CRM capabilities within sales, marketing and service. Main focus is to improve and automate these processes in the retail trader & investor segment.

Responsibility


  • Contribute to development of projects, processes and systems with main focus of digitalizing the customer lifecycle
  • As a solution and enterprise architect on enterprise level projects and program
  • Interface across business and technology areas to communicate goals, guidelines, directions, roadmaps, patterns and blueprints
  • Defining overall architecture and high-level design, covering integration points and subsystems responsibilities
  • Considering Saxo Enterprise Architecture manifesto, engineering practices and proper use of common frameworks and patterns
  • Anchor design with EA, domain architects, lead developers, business analysts, IT security, risk & compliance and other project stakeholders
  • Ascertain feasibility and responsible for T-shirt sizing together with project stakeholders to optimize resource utilization
  • Review vendor proposals and ensure vendors' design/implementation meets the acceptance criteria of requirements and solution design
  • Supporting:
    • Business analysts and business stakeholders producing business requirements and scope
    • Developers and testers during build and test phase
    • Business and IT PM, controlling the project and mitigate risk

  • Be an ambassador of projects internally and externally towards customers


Your profile


  • Previous experience from digitalization of customer lifecycle and customer engagement with focus on the European and APAC markets
    • Digital onboarding and due diligence of customers in the financial area, including KYC, AML and risk assessment
    • Access and identity management
    • Privacy by design, GDPR and handling of customer PII data
    • Omnichannel digital customer engagement
    • Customer analytics and tracking
    • CRM capabilities within sales, marketing and services
    • Payment solutions

  • Strong background in one or more architecture disciplines, enterprise, solution, business
  • Excellent problem solving and analytic skills
  • Quick to learn. Ability to understand business concepts on a high level and translate them into solutions
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in English that focus on teamwork, facilitation, collaboration, influence and negotiation
  • Working knowledge of software development process, tools and lifecycle
  • Following experience is a merit:
    • Experience in banking and capital markets industry
    • Experience with distributed IT team
    • Knowledge of common cloud solutions such as Azure and AWS
    • Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture frameworks such as TOGAF
