We offer a unique career opportunity as our new CRM Implementation Partner. Together with a dedicated implementation team, you will be responsible for our Best Practice sales implementation around the world. Interacoustics is part of Demant Group which employs more than 16,000 worldwide in the business of life changing hearing healthcare. We are a leading player in the diagnostics business, which is one of five business areas within the group.

Joining Interacoustics you will be responsible for implementing our new CRM solution (Salesforce) in our world-wide sales companies and you will be supporting the implementation of our commercial best practice model.

Working with CRM implementation in our global business transformation project

On a daily basis, you will be an important part of our global business transformation project - transforming existing business systems to a global way of working.

You will drive the commercial transformation, introducing new best-practices to our local sales companies. Here you will make sure that we operate with a verified solution and a solid set of sales processes, leaving the local team equipped to independently run the business following our global standards.

The project covers the global implementation of Salesforce (CRM) with the common goal of changing our global business setup. Here you will also work with our IT department where key challenges are within system adoption and creating the solutions together with our Salesforce administrators.

As you progress you will take on assignments and projects that will involve traveling to our other sites in EU, Asia and USA.

Your tasks will be to:
• Drive the implementation of Salesforce and be an important stakeholder of our commercial best practice model covering all sales companies in the business portfolio.
• Drive change management and secure the CRM adoption in our sales companies
• Follow up on incoming data input from our CRM system and create a strong CRM culture

You will report to the Vice President, Sales at our office in Middelfart, and the reporting line is anchored in our global sales team which consist of 8 sales managers.
As your colleagues will be located around the world, you are interested in a global career. It is important that you are just as eager as we are to go meet with them while experiencing the many wonders of the world.

The perfect globetrotter – is it you?
You have experience or a strong interest in driving system implementations and improving revenue through digital optimizations. Preferably you have a commercial or digital business degree at B.Sc. or M.Sc. level.

Most importantly you can bridge technology, business processes and people with a commercial mindset and understanding of different business units in a global world. Your attitude is positive, and you see solutions and opportunities when facing challenges. When the first year has passed you have probably traveled more than 80 days (post Corona).

It is important that you have experience working with CRM systems and change management. If you have gained experience from the medical device industry it will also be an advantage. If not, we will make sure that you get the proper introduction to our products and systems and of course to our entire business.
