About the graduate program
In our graduate program, we offer you an opportunity to become one of the forerunners within our industry while supporting our ambition to ensure clean water and energy to a maximum number of people. We are on an exciting growth journey globally and through this program you will have the opportunity to make your mark and shape our future business.
This dedicated program has a duration of two years and through four tailored rotations you will gain unique cross functional insights, working with value adding projects in a global setting, where your voice and expertise is acknowledged. Furthermore, we support your personal and professional development through courses, mentoring, coaching sessions, and continuous feedback all with the intent to provide you with the expertise for a key position at the end of the program.
Become our DevOps Graduate
In the role as our DevOps Graduate you will gain a unique and in-depth understanding of how we work with software from development to operations on a global scale. You will play a key role in automating the entire process from build to release, as well as in our journey towards a more containerized deployment and orchestration. You will be involved in complex software projects and your rotations will be centred around the entire value chain of software – from software development to hosting and operation of the software. In the end, you will have the ability to act as a valuable sparring partner in a leading role as DevOps Engineer.
You will start the programme in our Flow Team, which is a part of Technology R&D, where you will support the development of our next generation software solutions through utilization of the newest technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker and Gitlab. You will work closely with software developers in joint effort to make the CI/CD process run smoothly.

Your personality is important to us
We are looking for a motivated DevOps Graduate who is ready to make your impact to our business. You have recently completed or are close to completing your master's degree within Software Engineering, Computer Science or similar. The most important is that you have a technical background and curiosity as well as a profound interest for the relation between development and operations. You have achieved extraordinary results from academic or extracurricular activities, have a profound interest in cloud infrastructure and experience with Kubernetes.
As a person, you are excellent at creating relations across the organization and you naturally promote collaboration and knowledge sharing. You strive to continuously improve your skills and push high quality throughout your tasks. You have an analytical and data driven approach and enjoy solving complex tasks. Furthermore, you get energy from working in a dynamic setup where priorities may change, and you have the ability to keep an overview of multiple ongoing tasks.
You are fluent in English both written and oral.

- Platform Engineering: In Application Support team focus will be on platform engineering. Designing, deploying and managing Kubernetes/OpenShift clusters. Aim is to have a stable and resilient platform enabling our developer community to be able to create and deploy high-quality software more effectively
- Analytics: contributing to ongoing development and hardening of the data platform
