As a part of this role, you and your team will be responsible for our CI/CD infrastructure and onsite test sites, which are central for our ability to deliver mission critical systems to our customers, primarily within national and NATO defense.

Working out of our newly established Søborg location, you will be responsible for the management and deliveries out of a dedicated multi-disciplinary team currently counting 7 employees (and growing), with primary competencies within DevOps, SW, HW, and IT. Your most important tasks will be to ensure a highly engaged team and with a high-quality backlog aligned with the stakeholders of the team. To support you in this, you will among others be able to involve our C2 Software Architects and System Engineers.
The team plays an important role in our Continuous Integration/Deployment (CI/CD) strategy and is responsible for the affiliated infrastructure development and supporting automated testing, integration, deployment, and release. The team is also responsible for the automatic deployment of our C-Flex system to our physical test sites, our staging environment, which to a high degree reflect the specialized environment on the vessels that our C-Flex system is deployed to.
Your primary tasks
In this role we are looking for a manager, who also act as product owner, that is ready to be actively involved in the daily operation of a DevOps team within our C2 organization in Søborg.

- Personal management of the team incl. competence development, knowledge sharing, 1-on-1, development dialogue, salary regulation, people review, allocation, staffing etc.
- Clear prioritization of the tasks on the team’s backlog, based on strong stakeholder management, e.g., Project Managers, Software Architects, and Line Managers.
- Team deliveries meeting set goals in terms of budget, time, and scope.
- Active participation in team scrum activities like planning, refinement, review, and retrospectives.
- Maintenance and upgrading of our onsite C2 test sites. This includes roadmap, planning, and budgeting with follow-up on execution and budget.

Nice to have competencies:
- Understanding of agile development and project management.
- Experience with task management tools like Jira and Confluence as well as and knowledge sharing processes.
- Understanding of SW development tools like Ansible, Git, Maven, Jenkins, Java, Artifactory, Docker, Kubernetes, and SonarQube.
Most important personality features:
- You are open-minded and ready to listen and understand other people’s point of view.
- You are a team player, and you take part in breaking down silos to ensure alignment with your colleagues.
- You act proactively and make sure to align up front in case you are in doubt about targets etc.
