We are looking for an experienced IT Business Consultant who excels in Microsoft 365 products and wishes to configure and develop solutions in Dynamics 365 CRM.
IT plays a crucial role in DSB's future success, and in the coming years we will face many exciting projects, some of which favour our passengers, while others will create value internally in DSB. You will be part of an IT organization with around 390 colleagues, who all work purposefully to ensure a high quality in individual solutions. Availability is one of the parameters that can empower DSB to achieve our goal.
Ready to work with the business on Dynamics CRM? As a Dynamics CRM Consultant, you will become a part of the DSB IT Dynamics Team. Along with your colleagues, you will assist in identifying business requirements and you will develop and deliver solutions on Dynamics 365. You will work on solution maintenance and advise the business on best practices. You will be using skills such as data analysis, functional and technical solution design, as well as coordination and communication with your colleagues.
Currently, we are four full time employees in DSB Dynamics, and at times we engage external consultants through busy periods. We are working with several solutions in Dynamics CRM, where we handle internal reporting, customer service, and more. In the team, we collaborate and support each other in our work. We enjoy working together, have good relations, and humor is a part of our daily work life.
Through your role you will be – or become – a subject matter expert. You aim at inspiring the business to improve their daily work with smart solutions that match their needs. The tasks will vary from minor incidents to creating new custom solutions. You will experience that DSB is a workplace that is apt to change and development.

- Development of custom workflows and plugins using C#
- JavaScript and jQuery, both frontend and backend
- The security model in Dynamics 365 and establishing integrations between Dynamics 365 and other systems
