Job Description
You will be part of a small team of four, located in Denmark and Germany, and along with your colleagues, you will be responsible for carrying out the services that Supply Chain offers. This includes working closely with our partners and service providers by defining our requirements and ensuring that agreed service levels are met. A large part of our information and communication is in English, as this is the company’s language, but everyday communication is in French and Danish.
The position is located in Denmark but will be focused towards the Swiss organization and the Swiss partners and service providers.

Your key tasks and responsibilities are:
- The day to day liaison with our external partners, service providers and customers in Switzerland
- To contribute to and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP´s) and establish new services and processes
- To attend meetings with external partners, service providers and customers
- To manage external storage locations and optimize the service terminal volumes
- To manage quarterly and yearly stock counts
- To provide daily operational support towards our external partners and service providers and liaison with responsible parties in Supply Chain
Qualifications

Your skills, experience and qualifications include:
- Previous experience from a similar role
- Strong communication skills
- Strong spoken and written English and French required, with the ability to also communicate in Danish
- Strong Computer skills in Microsoft Office and SAP
