The position 
As our new Procurement Coordinator, you will support a broad array of procurement activities throughout all stages of the procurement process, secure equipment, building material and other items necessary to build fully functioning Aseptic Production factories across the world! This is in close collaboration with the program design team, our engineering partners, global purchasing, as well as production sites across the globe where factories are being built.
  Key responsibilities include: 

Following up on purchase orders and invoices

Hands-on support regarding document sign-off and transmittals

Meetings arrangements

Supporting the Procurement Manager and department

Following up with vendors

 
The position will become part of a newly established purchasing team within the Program Management Office (PMO). It will become part of a team which is responsible for all aspects of procurement and will involve working cross functionally and closely with stakeholders responsible design, engineering, cost, risk, scope, and scheduling. 
  Qualifications You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Engineering or relevant, and possess 2+ years working in the Projects or Procurement environment.   To be successful in this position, your experiences include:

You have experience working with procurement and/or investment projects

Excellent communication skills and experience navigating a complex purchasing stakeholder landscape

Good organisational skills, and experience working with electronic procurement systems

Ability to work autonomously and drive projects forward in a complex stakeholder landscape  

 
Furthermore, you are goal oriented and a strong team player. You are familiar with thriving in a high pace and dynamic environment, while having a close eye on detail, with the ability to recognize the importance of delivering high quality results.  About the department 
The Fill Finish (FF) Expansion SVP area is leading a large global program investment project. The goal is to plan and execute the establishment of new aseptic filling factories across our global manufacturing network. Central part of the FF Expansion organization is located at Gentofte and works closely with our international sites, where the factories will be built. The area is anchored in Product Supply, Quality & IT, which globally employ approx. 20,000 of Novo Nordisk’s 50,000 employees. FF Expansion is a newly established and growing area with the responsibility to design, plan and built all new aseptic filling capacity across Novo Nordisk to serve needs of millions of patients. We do it by rethinking our aseptic production facilities with the use of modern technology, as we are setting the standards for the aseptic production of the future. Facilities designed today which we will still be proud of 20 years from now. FF Expansion has a clearly global approach, where you will be working with multiple sites and cultures across the world.
