Senior Purchasing Supporter - API Business Support

Are you eager to use your strong procurement skills to support large CAPEX projects in pharma? Do you want to execute the indirect procurement activities related to our investment projects in API in Kalundborg and have significant influence on solving daily tasks? Then you might be our new Senior Purchasing Supporter in API Business Support.

The position
We have an exciting position to offer with a great variety of tasks, ranging from

• Executing on the Indirect Procurement Plan
• Manage ad-hoc purchasing requests
• Manage End-to-End purchasing processes
• Ensure procurement compliance and quality aspects
• Supporting CAPEX projects with indirect spend matters

As our new Senior Purchasing Supporter, you will gain the responsibility for executing indirect spend within the CAPEX projects in collaboration with the rest of the team, as well as the stakeholders in the projects.

Qualifications

To succeed in this position we see that you have the following qualifications.

• You have 5+ years of experience from a similar job.
• You have a deep understanding of purchasing processes and related tools
• You have some experience in sourcing processes in CAPEX
• You have experience form working with CAPEX projects
• Extensive experience working with SAP, especially SAP MM
• Extensive experience working with Coupa or similar procurement systems
• Able to communicate clearly in Danish and English.

You are self-driven, can work independently and at the same time you are a team player, always working towards reaching strong business results. You are able to establish strong professional relations, internally and externally with relevant stakeholders.

Your structured approach allows you to maintain a broad overview while keeping an eye for the details.

About the department
We support the API business unit with procurement support and insights. We transform data into strategies, and we are responsible for the indirect spend and for defining and driving the procurement strategy. We contribute to a wide range of optimisation projects and provide the insights that shape the way we will do things in the future.
