We are now looking for you - our Assistant Bar Manager. In historical surroundings, this is your opportunity to be a part of building a local hub for our guests just as much as our neighbourhood. You are passionate about your profession and innovative about creating and making new recipes while researching latest trends in cocktails, spirits and wine. You are intuitive and a great conversationalist and this helps you to know when to just pour a beer or create a killer cocktail to someone wanting to try something new.

You are young at heart, full of courage, energy and enthusiasm. You have your heart in the right place and you want to create a special environment that are much more than just another place to work. You are the one leading the way and always walk the talk.

Your key responsibilities:

Managing the daily operations

Create and develop one of Copenhagens new landmarks in collaboration with Restaurant & Bar Manager

Being business savvy and manage stock, sales and duty schedule
Live the team leader mentality being kind, encouraging and supportive of your colleges

In addition you have:

Previous experience in a similar role

Environmentally conscious and focused on social responsibility (WeCare)

The Villa story
Villa Copenhagen is Copenhagen's new luxury hotel located in the old Central Post Building from 1912. The hotel opens in April 2020 with 390 rooms in magnificent settings with a vibrant and intimate atmosphere - a place where old European charm and Copenhagen boldness meet. Villa Copenhagen is going to be Copenhagens new attraction, this is where diversity lives and where you find the perfect setting for meetings, co-working, entertainment, pop-up activities, events, modern design, art and drinks with friends.
