We are now looking for a Banquet & Event Supervisor. You go above and beyond to ensure that our guests food and service experience is second to none. Whether it is a banquet event for 800 or a private dinner for ten, you are always passionate about delivering friendly and professional service. You have a true interest for food and beverage and you know what is trending in the industry. We think you get your energy by working on the floor with your team and close to the guests.

You are the one with the big picture and as much as you are structured and organized, you also have a warm and upbeat attitude giving your team a pep talk and leading the way. This is more than just another workplace and you want to contribute to a present community.

Responsibilities:

Together with the Event Manager, plan for upcoming events ensuring all client requirements are fulfilled

Ordering & purchasing food & beverage for upcoming events & banquets, working actively with minimizing food & beverage waste

Leading the team of Banquet & Event Waiters as a Head Waiter during events in order to achieve guest satisfaction and quality service

Set routines and structures that are easy to follow for a department with many on callers

Schedule staff (together with the Event Manager)

Assist on the conference floor if needed

We look for:

Minimum 2 years prior Food & Beverage supervisory experience in a large-scale

Environmentally conscious and focused on social responsibility (WeCare)

You either speak one of the Scandinavian languages or English
