IFP QA is looking for a talented candidate to fill the position as department assistant for the department and the management team in site IFP QA Bagsværd. We need you as a backbone and support to build structures and governances in both teams and on a managerial level.

The position

You will be an active member of the management team interacting with both internal and external stakeholders. You will support the management team in a wide range of tasks including coordinating management activities, calendar planning, purchasing, reporting, budgeting, hiring process, planning of seminars, contributing to department strategy and organisational change management initiatives, and much more.

  • You must be able to prioritise own tasks and work independently and we expect you to be forward-looking.
  • You will use your curiosity to bring forward ideas for improvement that will benefit both colleagues and managers in their daily work and drive the implementation of the initiatives.
  • You will be part of and work closely with the IFP QA assistants’ group (Quality Assurance Injectable Finished Products) where you will solve tasks across the area.

  • You possess a ‘need-to’ mind-set to avoid over-processing and this will help us keep administrative processes standardised across the organisation.
  • Furthermore, we expect you to have a strong work relationship with the assistants in the production area which will contribute to a strong collaboration between our department and the production area.

Qualifications

  • You have experience with MS Office365 and the interconnected functionalities. Especially we expect experience with the platforms Teams and Planner as they are essential tools in a virtual setting
  • You have a flair for numbers and experience with the planning and controlling of budgets and you are expected to be able to navigate in the SAP system
  • You have excellent presentation and communication skills
  • You are skilled in both written and spoken Danish and English
  • Preferably you have been part of a management team or you are familiar with management and change management theories to some level
  • Preferably you have 3-5 years of experience from a similar position

As a person you are reliable, loyal and service-minded. You have a can-do attitude and enjoy working according to tight deadlines. You can effectively plan, prioritise, execute, and follow-up in a proactive and timely manner. You can work independently and always strive to find solutions to challenges at hand. You have the ability and willingness to adjust quickly to new situations in a continuously developing environment.

About the Department

IFP QA BA is a department with 57 engaged and motivated employees. As department assistant you will be a part of the management team and report to the VP of the department.

We support a IFP production area, which is responsible for filling of Diabetes products.
